Well I just did the dumbest thing ever. In my quest to get rid of the sinus headaches I have been suffering, at my beautiful daughters suggestion, I took 2 tablespoons of honey and 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar and mix them together. Then I nuked them for 20seconds and promptly drank it. Well I have never felt so sick in all my life. With my heart racing, sweating like a little pig, bad vision, legs aching and feeling so bilious I rang my mum for advice on what to do.
When I had finished will my little tale of woes my Mum burst out laughing and said honey (no pun intended of course) it's 1 teaspoon of each. Not tablespoons. I had heard my daughter wrong. Man oh man I am such a dits I can't believe I got it so wrong. Oh well just another funny family story I guess. Mean while I still feel like I just want to through up!

Oh Yes! I would never stand in front of the mirror naked. It would break into a million pieces no matter how good the lighting was lol!
